Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

Ship the Package

Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup through the carrier's website.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
